Using the platform

You may use SARPI Suite for your own organisation's assessment, planning, and reporting purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide and for the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Plans and entitlements

Lite modules are available without payment. Pro and Enterprise modules require an active entitlement on your account or organisation. Entitlements are enforced on the server; attempting to bypass a gate is not permitted.

Where a trial or founding-member arrangement applies, its stated duration and scope control.

Shared links

Share links you create are time-bound and revocable. You are responsible for who you send them to. Recipients may view the snapshot you shared and nothing else.

Assessment outputs are advisory

Scores, bands, benchmark comparisons, and recommendations are decision-support outputs based on the answers supplied and the stated methodology version. They are not legal, audit, regulatory, or financial advice, and they do not certify compliance with any standard or framework.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the platform or its methodology content.
• •Upload unlawful content or personal data you have no right to process.
• •Interfere with platform availability or attempt to access other tenants' data.

Intellectual property

SARPI Suite, its modules, scoring methodologies, and report templates remain the property of AIgilityX. Your assessment inputs and the outputs generated from them remain yours to use within your organisation.

Availability and changes

We may update modules, methodology versions, and features. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the 'last updated' date above.

Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. AIgilityX is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of assessment outputs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
