What we collect
SARPI Suite collects only what is needed to produce and preserve your assessment results.
- •Account data: email address, name, and the organisation you belong to.
- •Assessment data: your answers, computed dimension scores, overall score, band, and the methodology version used to score them.
- •Lead and advisory requests: the contact details and context you submit voluntarily.
- •Operational records: audit entries for assessment submissions and shared-link redemptions, used for traceability.
How we use it
Assessment data is used to generate your scorecard, reports, and benchmark comparisons. Contact details are used to respond to advisory and enterprise requests you initiate.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your assessment answers for advertising.
Shared scorecard links
When you share a scorecard, the platform issues an opaque, randomly generated link that expires on a date you choose and can be revoked at any time.
Only a one-way hash of the link secret is stored, so the stored record cannot be used to reconstruct a working link. Each redemption is recorded with a timestamp, the outcome, and the signed-in viewer where one is present.
Retention and deletion
Saved assessments, scenarios, and reports are retained while your account is active. You can delete individual records from the application, and you can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Revoked or expired share links stop returning data immediately; their audit records are retained for traceability.
Access controls
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security so records are readable only by their owner and, where applicable, by administrators or assessors of the same organisation.
Traffic between your browser and the platform is encrypted in transit. Third-party API credentials configured by administrators are encrypted before storage.
Your choices
You can access and export your saved assessments, revoke any share link you created, opt out of non-essential email, and request correction or deletion of your personal data.
